배송 정책

配送について：配送方法 ヤマト運輸（宅急便・ネコポス）にてお届けいたします。
送料：全国一律 600円（税込） 12,000円（税込）以上のご購入で送料無料となります。
発送準備期間：ご注文確定日から【3〜5日】ほどで順次発送いたします。 期日指定のある方は、ご購入の際にご指定ください。 
お届け目安〔国内〕：発送後、通常1〜3日でお届けいたします（地域により異なります）。 離島など一部地域は、さらにお時間をいただく場合がございます。 
配送状況の確認：商品発送後、追跡番号をメールにてお知らせいたします。 ヤマト運輸のウェブサイトにて配送状況をご確認いただけます。 
*ご注意事項 ・長期不在等によりお届けできなかった場合、商品は当店に返送されます。再配送をご希望の場合は、再配送にかかる送料をご負担いただく場合がございます。

 

For international orders (English)

 

Henun ships worldwide from Japan. Every international order is sent with tracking, so you can follow it from dispatch to delivery.

 

Processing: Orders are dispatched within 3 to 5 business days.

 

Delivery: International orders usually arrive within 5 to 8 business days after dispatch. This is an estimate, not a guarantee, and does not include any time an order may be held in customs, which is outside our control.

 

Shipping fee: A flat international shipping fee is shown at checkout before payment. Nothing further is added afterward.

 

Duties and taxes (Singapore): Most orders fall under Singapore's S$400 low-value threshold and are not subject to GST or import duty. You will not be asked to pay anything beyond the total shown at checkout.
