退款政策

返品・交換について：

返品・交換をお受けする場合 以下の場合に限り、商品到着後7日以内にご連絡いただければ、返品・交換を承ります。 
・お届けした商品に破損・汚損があった場合 
・ご注文と異なる商品が届いた場合 

返品・交換をお受けできない場合 以下の場合は、返品・交換をお受けすることができません。あらかじめご了承ください。 
・お客様のご都合による返品・交換（イメージ違い、サイズ違いなど） 
・一度ご使用になった商品 ・お客様のもとで傷・汚れが生じた商品 
・商品到着後8日以上経過した商品 ・セール品・福袋など、返品不可と明記された商品 

返品・交換の手順
1. まず、info@henun.jp までメールにてご連絡ください。 
2. 当店より返送先・手順をご案内いたします。 
3. 商品到着後、確認のうえ交換品の発送またはご返金いたします。 
返金について 返品が確認された後、元のお支払い方法にてご返金いたします。 クレジットカードの場合、返金処理からカード会社の明細に反映されるまでに数日から数週間かかる場合がございます。

Every Henun piece is checked by hand before it is sent. If something is not right with your order, we will take care of it.

 

Damaged, faulty, or incorrect items: If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or different from what you ordered, please contact us at info@henun.jp within 7 days of delivery and include a photo. We will cover return shipping and send either a replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer.

 

Change of mind: Because each piece is made in small quantities, we are generally unable to accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind reasons. For reasons of hygiene, pierced earrings cannot be returned once shipped, except where there is a fault. If you are unsure about a size or detail, please contact us before placing your order and we will help you decide.
