We offer a complimentary refresh service: cleaning, along with light repairs. You are welcome to use it as often as you like after your purchase.

How it works
Send your name and a photo of the piece to info@henun.jp, or through the message function on henun.jp. We will check its condition and let you know what we can do, along with where to send it. Once we have replied, please send the jewelry within 7 to 10 days.
Packaging
Please send your jewelry in its Henun box. This protects it from damage in transit.
What to send
Place up to three pieces in your Henun box, and enclose a 140-yen stamp for the return. Shipping to us is the customer's responsibility.
How often
Please allow at least three months between requests.
What is covered
Cleaning and light repairs. For major damage or complex repairs, please ask us separately.
Transit
For any loss or damage in transit, please contact the carrier directly.
